We have developed and implemented an integrated Environmental, Health and Safety, and Quality ManagementSystem (IMS), which uses ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 as a framework that allows ourorganization to document and improve our environmental, health & safety and quality practices to better satisfy theneeds and expectations of our customers, stakeholders and interested parties.


To ensure a common approach to managing environmental, health and safety, and quality performance and to achieveongoing improvement throughout our Organization, we focus on the systematic identification, management and improvement of the areas of our business that present risk. This approach applies to the management of environmental, and health and safety issues across our business, as well as the management of quality activities that affect our management system and our products and services.

Our senior management team provides positive leadership for implementing and maintaining our IMS, including thedevelopment and deployment of our business strategies, our policies; objectives, targets, and product orproject-specific plans. Our senior management team provides accountability and governance to all activities related tothe lifecycle of our processes and products. This includes defining the appropriate responsibilities, authorities, andmethods of communication to ensure the safe and effective performance.

“ABIRAMI BUILDERS, is a rapidly growing construction provider who have been providing infrastructure for industrial, commercial, hospitality and housing sectors for more than a decade. It is this unique level of experience, non-confrontational approach and reliability that ensures that we meet all the new technical, social and environmental challenges required for the construction industry.

Our aim is “construction excellence”through continuous quality improvement, mechanization and pro- active approach of understanding and providing clients needs and meeting up with their expectation

The purpose of our Quality Policy is to maintain an effective management system (QMS) that meets client requirements and achieves high levels of client satisfaction by:

  • Delivering projects in time as committed
  • By imparting innovative and globally competitive technologies for the fulfilling the needs of our esteemed clients.
  • Promoters and Project Incharges maintaining excellent coordination and relations with the clients, consultants and suppliers .

The implementation of and adherence to a framework of policies, procedures and processes that comply with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and associated industry codes and regulations.

Promoters are responsible for establishing and implementing adequate quality arrangements within. All staffs are expected to adhere to the above policy.
